By registering for a course or programme at Inqsight Academy (IA), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the full (i) Inqsight Academy Terms and Conditions and (ii) the respective course-specific Terms and Conditions.
1. Student Warranties
a) The student warrants that all documents and information supplied to Inqsight Academy are true, authentic, and correct.
b) In the event that a student provides incorrect, fraudulent, or misleading information, the student will be automatically withdrawn from the course, and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
2. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times, including toward Inqsight Academy staff, fellow students, members of the public, and Inqsight Academy property. Breaches of this code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct and may lead to expulsion from the course.
3. Withdrawal
a) Students agree that they cannot change, defer, or withdraw from the course without prior consent from Inqsight Academy. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification to the Inqsight Academy team, will result in expulsion from the course, with no refunds issued.
b) If a student withdraws from the course without prior consent, Inqsight Academy reserves the right to pursue the student for any outstanding fees.
4. Exclusion
To the extent permitted by law, Inqsight Academy and its affiliates exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.
5. Registration on Course
Registration on any course at Inqsight Academy constitutes formal registration as a student. Students agree to be bound by Inqsight Academy’s Code of Conduct (Clause 2) and the Terms and Conditions of Registration.
6. Refund Policy – Student Default
a) If a student withdraws from any course more than 14 days before the course commencement date, they are entitled to a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Any refunds will be processed within 45 days of the claim.
b) A 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 14 days before the commencement of the course.
c) No refund will be provided to any student who withdraws after the commencement of the course. Once a student has signed their enrolment form and commenced the course, they are obliged to pay their tuition fees in full according to their payment plan.
d) If a student defers their course, they waive the right to apply for a refund. In the event a student defers and later attempts to withdraw, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances. The Refunds Committee has sole discretion in determining if the student’s circumstances qualify as exceptional.
e) Refunds, if awarded, will be processed within 45 working days of the claim.
7. Data Protection
Your enrolment in a course at Inqsight Academy requires the sharing of personal information, including “Sensitive Personal Information,” for the purpose of managing your application, enrolment, academic achievement, and fees. By registering, you give explicit permission for Inqsight Academy to share this information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
8. Confidentiality
You shall not, unless authorized by Inqsight Academy, disclose to any person, firm, company, or other entity any confidential information regarding Inqsight Academy’s affairs or dealings. All documents, papers, and materials are considered confidential, including any copies or extracts made during your time with Inqsight Academy.
9. Regular Updates
Inqsight Academy’s Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be communicated through our official website. It is advisable for students to regularly check for updates to ensure they are aware of any changes.
